Terms that apply to quotations, orders and use of this website.
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to quotations and sales made by Dreamfusion Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Dreamfusion”) to business customers, distributors and OEMs. By using the site or placing an order you accept them, unless a signed agreement with us says otherwise.
Quotations and orders
- Our products and sales are business-to-business. Information on this website is not an offer. Every sale is made only after we issue a written quotation and you accept it, or we confirm your purchase order in writing.
- Prices, validity period, quantities and delivery schedules are stated in the quotation. A quotation may be revised or withdrawn before you accept it.
- Taxes, duties and freight are as stated in the quotation. Where they are not included, they are payable by the buyer.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed for each order and written in the quotation or order confirmation. We may hold or delay dispatch if payment is overdue.
Export sales and Incoterms
For export orders, the delivery terms are set by an agreed Incoterms rule (for example EXW, FCA or FOB) named in the quotation. The buyer is responsible for import licences, customs clearance, duties and taxes in the destination country unless the quotation says otherwise. Both parties must comply with the export control, sanctions and customs laws that apply. We may decline or cancel an order where compliance cannot be met.
Specifications and product information
Specifications, drawings, images and datasheets are provided for guidance and may change without notice. Dimensions marked with an asterisk are derived and need to be confirmed. Images are illustrative where marked. Confirm the specification you need in a written quotation before you rely on it for design or purchase.
Proper use
Products must be installed, operated and maintained as described in the datasheet and manual, within the stated specification. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure the product is suitable for its application and complies with the regulations that apply where it is used.
Warranty and returns
Dreamfusion products carry a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. The full warranty and return terms are set out on our Shipping & Warranty page.
Intellectual property
The Dreamfusion name, logo, website content, drawings, datasheets, designs and controller firmware and hardware designs belong to Dreamfusion Technologies Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Where we develop a product for you under a separate agreement, that agreement decides who owns what.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dreamfusion is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, production or business, arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Website use
This website is provided “as is”. We try to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Links to other websites, such as maps or WhatsApp, are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
