This website is operated by Dreamfusion Technologies Pvt Ltd (CIN U73200TN2018PTC124259, GSTIN 33AAGCD8219F1ZT), No.14 Kamban Street, Ullagram, Chennai 600091, Tamil Nadu, India (“Dreamfusion”, “we”, “us”). For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), we are the data fiduciary for the personal data described below. We also follow the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, including the reasonable security practices they require.

What personal data we collect

Quote and contact form: your name, company, country, email address or WhatsApp number, product of interest, quantity and the message you write. The form on this website does not store your data on a server of ours. It opens WhatsApp with your message pre-filled so that you can send it to us yourself.
WhatsApp: your phone number, profile name and the messages and files you send us.
Email: your email address, name and the contents of your message and attachments.
Technical data: our website host may record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver and secure the site.

Why we use your data

To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations, datasheets and shipping terms.
To process, supply, support and, where relevant, repair or return our products.
To keep business records and meet legal, tax, accounting and export-compliance obligations.
To keep the website secure and working.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by contacting us, and for the legitimate uses permitted by the DPDP Act, such as responding to a request you made and complying with the law. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We share data only as needed to run our business, with service providers who process it on our behalf:

Wix, which hosts this website.
Google, for email and, if you use them, Google Maps links.
WhatsApp (Meta), when you message us on WhatsApp. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that service.
Freight, customs and payment partners, and professional advisers, where required to fulfil an order or comply with law.

Some of these providers may store or process data on servers outside India. We may also disclose data where the law, a court or a government authority requires it.

Cookies

We do not run advertising cookies, and we have not added analytics tools of our own to this website. Our hosting provider may set cookies or similar technologies that are needed to deliver and secure the site. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and request consent where the law requires it.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry and customer data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for the period we must keep business, tax and export records under applicable law. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may:

ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
ask us to correct, complete or update your data;
ask us to erase your data when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, unless we must keep it by law;
withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect processing already done, and we may not be able to continue a quotation or order without the data it needs;
nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to act;
seek redress through the grievance contact below, and then complain to the Data Protection Board of India if your grievance is not resolved.

Children

This website is for business customers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data of children.
