1. Production Operations:

• Operate machinery and equipment according to production guidelines.

• Assemble, fabricate, and process materials as per job specifications.

• Ensure correct setup and adjustment of production tools and equipment.

2. Quality Control:

• Inspect products during and after production to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Identify and report defects, malfunctions, and deviations from product specifications.

• Perform corrective actions as directed by supervisors.

3. Process Execution:

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions accurately.

• Execute production tasks such as packaging, labeling, and assembling components.

• Maintain workflow efficiency by completing tasks within designated timelines.

4. Equipment Maintenance:

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment.

• Notify the maintenance team of mechanical issues or breakdowns.

• Ensure tools and equipment are stored properly after use.

5. Safety & Compliance:

• Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.

• Adhere to company policies and government regulations related to workplace safety.

6. Inventory & Material Handling:

• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of materials.

• Record material usage and report shortages or discrepancies.

7. Documentation & Reporting:

• Complete production logs, job sheets, and time records accurately.

• Submit production reports and updates to supervisors.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.

8. Team Collaboration:

• Coordinate with team members to meet production targets.

• Assist new employees with on-the-job training and guidance.

• Support cross-functional tasks as needed for smooth plant operations.
