DF-LA-SL650, 635 mm stroke
The long-stroke 7000 N BLDC linear actuator. Suitable for solar tracker actuators, gates, vents and machine automation that need a long travel with a sealed, maintenance-friendly drive.

Dreamfusion Technologies designs and builds BLDC linear actuators in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The two standard models share one platform: a 24 V, 240 W brushless motor, 7000 N dynamic load capacity and an IP65 aluminium profile tube housing. They differ in stroke: the DF-LA-SL650 has 635 mm and the DF-LA-SL250 has 250 mm.
We supply OEMs and distributors in India and abroad. If a standard stroke does not fit, ask about an OEM version with a different stroke, end fitting, cable or controller interface. Linear actuator questions, answered
What is the load capacity of the Dreamfusion linear actuators?
Both standard models, DF-LA-SL650 and DF-LA-SL250, are rated for a dynamic load capacity of 7000 N (about 700 kgf) according to their datasheets. Static load is confirmed in the quotation.
What stroke lengths are available?
The DF-LA-SL650 has a stroke of 635 mm and the DF-LA-SL250 has a stroke of 250 mm. Other strokes can be requested for OEM projects.
Are your actuators BLDC (brushless) linear actuators?
Yes. Both models use a 24 V, 240 W BLDC motor with 3 Hall sensors and a controller of Dreamfusion's own exclusive design.
What is the IP rating of the actuator?
Both models are rated IP65 and use an extruded aluminium profile tube (6063) housing in silver grey. The operating temperature range is -10 °C to 55 °C.
What speed does the actuator run at?
Free-load speed is 6 mm/s and full-load speed is 4 mm/s, as stated on the datasheets.
Does the actuator include limit switches?
Yes. Two limit switches are built in.
Is the actuator suitable for a solar tracker?
